Meeting of the TRUSTFARM project coordinator and the SELMET team

25 November 2022 - The TRUSTFARM project coordinator visited the SELMET team (Tropical and Mediterranean Animal Production Systems).

The team presented the current activities’ advancement as well as next actions’ planning. The meetings and discussions took place in premises of the Joint Research Unit SELMET at the INRAE center (French National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and Environment) as well as at CIRAD Baillarguet campus (French Agricultural Research Centre for International Development).

The group also had a field visit to La Fage experimental sheep breeding unit (INRAE), representing the French case study within the project’s framework, as well as to Roquefort cheese ripening cellars characteristic of the region.
